This is My Year 2025 - Life Coaching Retreat

This retreat is your opportunity to make 2025 the year you accomplish all your important goals and new years resolutions, because you'll learn methods and approaches that give you the keys to unlocking your potential and finally achieving success.  

 

Leave past failures where they belong – the past - and join a small group for an inspiring, engaging, and productive long weekend that gives you a bold, confident start to the new year and leaves you with a sure-fire plan to make 2025 YOUR year.

What you'll cover

Thursday 4pm onwards: Arrive, settle in, and decompress from your journey.

Friday: ‘Your vision for a great 2025’:  Start 10.00am. You'll workshop what 2024 taught you, your goals for a great 2025, what really matters to you, how to set inspiring goals and best practice tips for achieving them. You'll break in the morning and for lunch. We'll go for a walk and talk in Falmouth and finish by 4.30pm, giving you the evening free to use as you wish.

Saturday: How to increase your likelihood of success (and boost your wellbeing): Sea swim (optional) or walk (9.00am). You'll workshop barriers and how to overcome them, how to increase your likelihood of success, and the importance of wellbeing. There will be a walk and talk in the afternoon and the day will finish around 4.30pm giving you’ll a couple of hours to yourself before we meet for a group meal at the venue at 6.30pm.

Sunday: Let’s do this! Your plan to make 2025 YOUR year: Starting at 10.00am Sunday’s focus will be all about bringing what you’ve learned together. You’ll begin with group coaching to help you bring clarity to your draft plan and identify those all-important next steps. You’ll review what else will help and end by celebrating what you've achieved and making your commitments for 2025. We’ll finish at 12.30pm to allow you time to get home (and lunch), unless you’ve booked to stay an extra day, when the time will be yours to do as you wish.

Anybody who subscribes to our philosophy that results from personal development come through diligent application of the right knowledge and wisdom. Feeling good at the end of a retreat, while important, is not how you measure its value. What you’re able to achieve as a result of it is.

​Hello. I’m Mark, founder of Headspace Coaching. I’m a qualified coach, trainer, and facilitator who has been providing coaching and training since 2012.  This retreat is my way of giving you the most vital knowledge, wisdom, and experience I've amassed from years studying and applying personal development to myself and others. Your Invitation

To reserve your place on this retreat please contact me using the form below stating which room you'd like (for photos of the rooms please see Gallery). I will send you a booking form, the T&Cs, and you'll be required to pay a 20% deposit (refundable up to fourteen days before the start date). Once paid you will receive your pre-retreat pack and all further relevant information. If you have any questions please ask.
